Please note that we do not have control over customs procedures and cannot be responsible for any delays that may occur. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as it becomes available.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES (excluding weekends and public holidays)

• a) USA: 3–8 business days (tracking available)
• b) Rest of the world: 3–12 business days (tracking availability may vary)

In very rare cases, deliveries may take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping times or unexpected delays that may occur en route. We ask for your understanding and patience should this happen. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship out a replacement package.

This is more likely to occur during peak holiday seasons (November–December), promotional periods, or other busy times.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and handed over to the courier).

Once your order has been processed, our shipping company will pick up your package. An email with tracking details will be sent to you and can also be accessed on our website.

In rare instances, processing may take longer than expected, especially during holidays, sales events, or other high-volume periods. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience during such times.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.

If you request a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order, before processing begins, a transaction fee of $20 per order will apply.

If we confirm that your order is already processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a recent order.
